Rascunho®

Rascunho.app is a Brazilian academic SaaS platform built for university students who need to deliver research papers and academic documents with real sources and proper ABNT formatting. Its visual language sits at the intersection of accessibility and academic precision, channeling the friendly clarity of consumer tech (Notion, Canva, Airbnb) while introducing something rare in the academic tools space: personality.

In partnership with the Rascunho team, we developed the brand's core visual identity through a custom symbol and wordmark that translate the product's central promise: turning a rough draft into a polished, submission-ready document.

The symbol carries a face built from the letter R and a subtle checkmark, embedded inside a folded-page silhouette. Five pillars guided the solution: authenticity, persona, identity, logic and humanity. The result is a brand that feels alive, smart and approachable, built to serve a generation of students who deserve better than generic academic software.
